General Training Course for Workers
Who is it for?
This course is designed to provide workers with the fundamental principles of workplace health and safety in accordance with current legislation (Article 37 of Legislative Decree No. 81 of 2008). It aims to create awareness among workers about risks and safety measures to prevent accidents. According to Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08, employers are required to train all employees, ensuring compliance with the agreed content and duration set forth by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, the Minister of Health, and the Regions and Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
Objectives and Purposes
The course aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and updates regarding the Prevention and Protection System adopted by companies. It focuses on empowering workers to implement safety measures effectively in the workplace. Targeted at employers aiming to maintain compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, the course covers essential safety notions, obligations, and prohibitions to prevent potential risks during work.

Requirements of Admission
No specific requirements are needed for admission.
Duration and Modality
The course has a duration of 4 hours, conducted in e-learning mode with specific quality characteristics and certification of participant sessions.
Course Schedule
General Module (4 hours)
- Overview of the legislative system on worker safety
- Understanding risk concepts
- Institutional prevention system
- Company Prevention System subjects as per Legislative Decree 81/2008: duties, obligations, responsibilities
- Damage prevention and protection
- Organization of business prevention
- Rights, duties, and penalties for various company subjects
- Supervisory, control, and assistance units
Rating
Learning verification includes multiple-choice tests and quiz games, which can be administered during the course.
Training Certificate
Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Attendance for “General Worker Training” of 4 hours.
Teaching
Instructors possess the required qualifications as per the inter-ministerial decree of 6 March 2013, implementing Article 6, paragraph 8, letter m bis), of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, effective since March 18, 2014.
Venue
The course can be entirely conducted through e-learning as per the procedures defined in Annex II of the State – Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016. In-person classes, if conducted, adhere to a pre-established calendar in locations across the national territory, with a maximum of 35 participants per course.
