# General Worker Training Course
Recipients
This course aims to equip workers with the essential principles of health and safety laws in the workplace, ensuring compliance with current legislation (Article 37 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008). It fosters awareness and a culture of safety, emphasizing preventive measures to avoid accidents. As per Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08, it is mandatory for employers to train all employees, adhering to the guidelines set by the agreement between the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, the Minister of Health, and the Regions and Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, as sanctioned by the State Regions Conference on 21/12/2011 (Rep. Acts no. 221 / CSR) (OJ no. 8 of 11-1-2012).
Aims and Purposes
The primary objective is to provide participants with comprehensive insights into the Prevention and Protection System adopted by companies. This training course targets employers committed to maintaining compliance with legislative decree n.81/2008 and its subsequent amendments. The decree mandates employers to educate and inform workers about the specific risks associated with their job roles. The course delves into safety fundamentals, obligations, and prohibitions to mitigate potential workplace hazards.

Duration and Modalities
The course spans 4 hours and can be conducted either through e-learning with tailored quality assurance and certification processes or in traditional classroom settings.

Assessment and Certification
Assessment involves quiz games and multiple-choice tests to verify learning outcomes. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance for the “General Worker Training” course, valid for 4 hours.
Teaching Staff
Instructors meet the requisites outlined in the inter-ministerial decree of 6 March 2013, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 81/2008.
Venue
The course is fully available in e-learning mode or in classroom settings as per the provisions of Annex II of the State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016. In-class sessions are conducted in various locations nationwide, accommodating a maximum of 35 students per session.
